High points: (forgive my spelling; I haven't read the books)

Voldemort is FREAKY! VERY well played.
Incredible animations!
Lots of complexities revealed.
The guys from the other 'russian' school were kinda hot!
Hermoine is beautiful!
Snape -- LOVE HIM!

Stuff I think it needed:
More explaination of a few things: portkeys, death eaters, curses.
I can't believe Hermoine didn't know what a portkey was and how to use it.
I'm having trouble with the 'new' Dumbledor...
There seems to be less closure. Must be setting up for a final movie.
