When walking in the skyway today I overheard a couple of guys talking about a friend who had purchased one of the overpriced, downtown condos that are sprouting up all over the Minneapolis area.
'It's REALLY nice! It has hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances.'
That's all he offered for amenities, location, or anything to determine 'nice'.
I just find it funny that real wood and stainless steel are all it takes to 'sell' a place as 'nice'.
